Returns & Cancellation

We are here to provide you a hassle free shopping. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen.

If the product is damaged or defective by the time you receive your order we will replace your order for free within 15 days of receiving your shipment or refund your amount(excluding shipping costs). Simply drop an email to contactus@shopyjunction.com and we will take care of your order.

Conditions for return:

  • 1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  • 2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • 3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • 4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

  • 1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • 2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • 3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
